About Vito Sernas
Vito Sernas proudly joined the Prosperity family in 2021. As the company’s Vice President of Business Development, Vito holds responsibility over areas that include Marketing and Channel Partner growth, as well as several growth-oriented initiatives.
Mr. Sernas has been an active proponent of PEOs for over 25 years, first as an entrepreneur affiliating his artisan trade business with Staff Leasing as a client. Upon becoming a firm believer in the benefits the right PEO can provide to small businesses, he joined Staff Leasing (then the largest PEO in the nation), first in a Sales role in Pinellas County Florida, then Managing Sales and Operations for eastern North Carolina. Vito also served as Chief Sales Officer for Florida PEO, Administrative Concepts Corp., helping to lead the organization through years of exponential growth. Vito later transitioned to serving PEOs by facilitating their master Workers’ Comp policies while with Risk Transfer, before joining Patriot National Insurance Group as Client Services Director.
Mr. Sernas’s passions include travel, avidly supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning, and helping people as well as small businesses succeed.
Mr. Sernas attended Rock Valley College and Northern Illinois University.
